...that all the good series are usually under 25 episodes (much less, normally). I'm only talking about a specific season of an anime because sometimes, if another season boosts the count beyond 25, that obviously doesn't make the series suddenly bad. I guess it's obvious why this is true though and the ones around 25 episodes only get broadcast around maybe twice a month in Japan to extend the length, so it works. I just think that series with only 12 to 14 episodes don't seem to get enough of the story into the show before it's over. I think a good length is around 50 episodes so it ends up fully completed by the end.
EDIT*: Also, is it true that we can request another anime board to be made? I'd request a Higurashi board but I know nobody else has watched that anime or ever will, except for maybe ZX.

It's fairly true... I may end up making a board for Higurashi. At some point. For now, just post in General ANime.

well also it seams that the only good anime last under 20 episodes like oumoso (I spelt that wrong). And if a anime last more then 100 makes the anime go down hill.
