Alright, this is the OFFICIAL debate topic. The voting is just too see how many people are on each side. I will moderate the debate. Try to have one side post a point, then the other side rebuke it, then another point, rebuke, rebuke-rebuke, point, etc. Or something like that.

I think pot should stay illegal because:
There is some psychological dependence with cannabis (where there is a desire to keep taking the drug even in spite of possible harms) and this occurs in about 10% of users.
